Questions
Does insurance cover the evaluation?
Each insurance plan is different. We call for benefits prior to your intake. We send a financial responsibility email before scheduling. We try to be as transparent about the process as we can. There are some policies that cover 100% and others that do not. The best way to know is let us look up your benefits for you.
How long is an evaluation?
The short answer is it depends. Each evaluation comes with a specific question and to answer those questions are different for each person. However, Dr. Serravalle works hard to complete the process as quickly as possible. Usually between 4-8 weeks.

What our clients say...
Thank you immensely for the comprehensive report. I recognize the significant effort you and your team have invested in it. Gaining deeper insight into myself and understanding the roots of my challenges is invaluable to me. The report is both thorough and enlightening. I plan to share it with my therapist in hopes of making meaningful progress on these issues. Again, thank you very much.
Dr Seravalle is wonderful! Her attention to detail and understanding of testing information is wonderful. I appreciated that she would let the testing and scores be her guide in helping to determine, what, if any, additional testing was recommended. We couldn't be happier with the invaluable information she helped us to gather.
Jada is incredibly kind and understanding. She has a lot of empathy for the families and clients who come through the door. She is very thorough and always follows through.
Dr. Serrevalle was very welcoming and friendly. She put me at ease and helped me with practices to calm myself and let go of my anger and sadness.
