What to Expect

ADHD coaching provides a supportive, non-judgmental space to build practical tools for focus, organization, time management, and emotional regulation. Whether you’re a teen navigating school or an adult juggling life’s demands, coaching is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Sessions are collaborative, structured, and designed to work with your brain—not against it.

  1. Initial Intake & Goal Setting: Your first session includes a review of your executive functioning strengths and challenges, along with goal-setting to create a personalized 12-week coaching plan.
  2. Skill-Building Sessions: Each weekly session focuses on strengthening executive function skills like planning, focus, task initiation, and emotional regulation through tools, exercises, and structured accountability..
  3. Optional Supports: Virtual home visits and IEP collaboration are available to help apply strategies within school, home, or work environments.
  4. Mile Marker Check-In: At the end of the initial coaching plan, you’ll review progress with your coach and determine next steps for continued support if needed.
  5. Ongoing Support: After the initial plan, clients may continue with weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions at a reduced rate to maintain progress and support long-term success.

Expect a collaborative and compassionate partnership designed to help you build structure, increase follow-through, and feel more confident navigating everyday life with ADHD.
