Rooted and Rising: Somatic Healing with Amanda
We talk about healing.
But what if healing isn’t just talking…
What if it’s reconnecting to your body?
Your breath?
Your strength?
Like a tree, you have roots.
You’ve weathered storms.
You’ve bent without breaking.
In this 60-minute guided workshop, we’ll explore your story through the powerful symbolism of the Celtic Trauma Tree — gently, safely, and intentionally.
Rooted and Rising
Rooted and Rising is a trauma-informed group inspired by the themes explored in The Body Keeps the Score. This group is designed to help participants better understand the connection between past experiences, the nervous system, and the body’s stress responses, while building skills for grounding, regulation, and healing.
Through guided reflection, psychoeducation, and experiential practices, participants will explore how trauma can shape emotional and physical experiences, relationships, and patterns of coping. The group creates space to develop greater self-awareness, strengthen internal safety, and begin reconnecting with the body as a source of information, resilience, and restoration.
Sessions are facilitated in a supportive and respectful environment where participants are invited to engage at their own pace. The focus is on learning practical strategies for grounding, increasing awareness of mind-body patterns, and supporting growth in a way that feels safe and manageable.
