April Newsletter

Welcome to our April intention

As spring arrives, Center for Balanced Living is continuing to grow in meaningful ways. This season brings fresh energy, new opportunities for connection, and continued work on making our space feel welcoming and supportive for all who visit. We are excited to share a few updates with you this month, including progress on the walking path, groups currently being offered, and a warm welcome to our intern, Shay.

Preparing the Walking Path

With the arrival of warmer weather, we are preparing the walking path for use this season. We are excited about the opportunity this space creates for movement, reflection, and connection with nature. As we continue getting the path ready, we appreciate your patience during this process. We look forward to sharing more as it becomes available and are grateful to be creating an environment that supports healing both inside and outside of the office.

Groups Currently Being Offered

CFBL is pleased to continue expanding opportunities for support through group offerings. Groups can provide a space for shared understanding, connection, and growth while helping participants build skills and feel less alone in what they are experiencing.

If you have been curious about whether a group may be a good fit for you or your child, please speak with your clinician for more information about current offerings and availability. We are excited to continue building programming that supports the needs of our community.

Welcome Shay!

We are happy to welcome Shay to Center for Balanced Living as our intern. Shay is joining us during a season of growth and we are excited to have her as part of the practice. Internships offer valuable opportunities for learning, mentorship, and deepening clinical experience, and we are pleased to support Shay as she becomes part of the CFBL community.

She has immediate openings at the self-pay rate of $30.

As We Continue to Grow

Spring is a season of renewal, and we are grateful for the many ways our practice continues to evolve. From preparing the walking path, to offering groups, to welcoming new team members, we remain committed to creating a thoughtful and supportive space for our clients and families.

Thank you for being part of our community.
