Center for Balanced Living offers trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, counseling, and comprehensive psychological evaluations for individuals, families, and professionals throughout Delaware. Led by Dr. Niki Serravalle, our practice is located in Townsend and serves clients statewide by telehealth.
Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, autism, learning differences, or simply looking for a therapist who understands the nervous system and takes a relational approach to care, we are here to help. We work with adults, teens, and children and offer a range of services designed to support healing, growth, and clarity at every stage.
Services Available Throughout Delaware
Individual Therapy. Trauma-informed therapy integrating EMDR, somatic psychology, IFS, DBT, and nervous system regulation. Available by telehealth statewide and in person at our Townsend office.
Psychological Evaluations. Comprehensive psychological, psychoeducational, and neurodevelopmental evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, including ADHD and autism assessment and learning disorder evaluation. Results include a full written report and a feedback session with Dr. Serravalle.
Professional Training and Supervision. Clinical supervision for LPC associates and PsyD trainees, EMDR consultation for therapists pursuing EMDRIA certification, and professional trainings for licensed clinicians.
Insurance and Payment
We are in network with Aetna, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware, Highmark Health Options, and Medicare. Private pay and sliding scale options are available. CareCredit is accepted for evaluation services, with payment plans built around your balance. Each plan option carries its own interest terms.
