Shay Oliver, prelicensed Clinician

Shay Oliver is a mental health counselor at Center for Balanced Living in Townsend, Delaware, working under the direct clinical supervision of Dr. Niki Serravalle.

She is completing her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University and brings five years of hands-on experience in behavioral health as a Registered Behavior Technician, including work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in school and clinical settings.

Shay's approach is warm, evidence-based, and collaborative, with a holistic orientation that honors each client's unique strengths and lived experience.

Shay is accepting new clients at a reduced self-pay rate of $30 per session.
