Yes. Delaware does not certify supervisors separately. Supervisors qualify through their own credentials and experience, and Dr. Serravalle's PsyD, LPCMH licensure, and more than 20 years of clinical practice meet the requirements for supervising both LPC associates and PsyD trainees.
