This month Dr. Serravalle attended the annual Delaware Psychological Association conference, where the central theme focused on resilience across the lifespan. The conference highlighted current findings on protective factors, neurobiological processes, and community influences that shape resilience from early childhood through older adulthood. She also completed a workshop on writing for wellbeing, a modality that draws from narrative psychology and expressive writing research. The workshop reinforced how structured reflection, when facilitated with intention, can strengthen coping strategies and expand insight.

Peer support offers a unique kind of connection, especially for adults navigating ADHD or autism. Our peer led group creates a space where lived experience is valued, communication feels easier, and participants can explore strategies that support daily functioning and emotional wellbeing. The group encourages shared problem solving, authenticity, and the sense of belonging that research consistently links to resilience and improved quality of life. If you have been looking for a community where you can be understood without explanation, this group may be a meaningful place to begin. For more information Click the button below:

Construction at the practice is nearing completion and the atmosphere carries a sense of renewal. The updated layout will soon include a dedicated assessment space that allows for quieter transitions, improved standardization, and a more grounded experience for clients across ages. Creating environments that support emotional regulation and cognitive clarity is supported by research in environmental psychology, and this renovation reflects our ongoing commitment to thoughtful clinical practice.
